hello,

I’m Jenny Rhodes, an instructional designer and learning leader with more than 10 years of experience turning complex information into learning people can use. I’ve led learning initiatives and created manager development, onboarding, compliance courses, videos, and practical resources for employees and leaders.

My work brings together instructional design, visual storytelling, and technology. I start by understanding what people need to do on the job, then build learning experiences that give them a chance to explore, practice, and apply it. Whether I’m designing an interactive course or developing a program for hundreds of learners, I care about making the content clear, useful, and engaging.

Below, you can explore a manager training case study, an ADA course, and examples of my video and visual design work.
